The Lexus holiday spots are an annual tradition. This year, we changed things up a bit with a series of spots revolving around one inescapable "truth": Santa only brings presents for kids.
Lexus’ December to Remember is one of the most iconic—and let’s be honest, most parodied—holiday campaigns of all time. After decades of big red bows and Christmas morning surprises, the challenge wasn’t introducing the tradition. It was keeping it fresh, fun, and ever so slightly self-aware.
Every kid dreams of Santa showing up with exactly what they want. But what about the parents? This year, we decided to flip the script. If the kids get Santa’s magic… why shouldn’t the grown-ups hijack a little of it for themselves? No shame. No apologies. Just holiday mischief in pursuit of that perfect gift.
The campaign features parents secretly cashing in on their kids’ Santa magic—rigging wish lists, pulling strings, and shamelessly angling for a new Lexus. Equal parts charming and absurd, it gave a knowing wink to the season’s most over-the-top tradition… and reminded everyone what December to Remember is really all about: getting those new wheels.

For our holiday giveback, we paired Santa and the LC 500 for a charity stunt with real horsepower. As Santa tore around the track, passengers read from an oversized wish list—earning $10,000 per item toward charity. Lexus donated a total of $1,000,000.
